Welcome to ZIQR

By reading, subscribing to, or commenting on ZIQR, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use ZIQR.

ZIQR is an independent publication founded and edited by Arman Dharani and hosted on Substack. Your use of ZIQR is also governed by Substack’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Where these terms and Substack’s terms overlap, Substack’s terms govern the platform, and these terms govern ZIQR’s content and community.

Content and Ownership

All essays, articles, images, graphics, and other original material published on ZIQR belong to ZIQR and Arman Dharani unless otherwise credited. The ZIQR name, logo, and tagline “Stay Informed. Stay Reflective.” are part of ZIQR’s identity and may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

You are welcome to:

• Read and enjoy ZIQR for personal, non-commercial purposes

• Share links to ZIQR posts freely

• Quote short excerpts with clear credit to ZIQR and a link to the original

You may not republish, copy in full, sell, or repackage ZIQR content, including paid posts, without written permission. Paid content is for subscribers only and may not be redistributed.

When you post a comment, you keep ownership of what you write. You grant ZIQR permission to display, feature, or quote your comment in connection with the publication.

Community Conduct

ZIQR is a space for thoughtful conversation. Meet ideas with curiosity and people with kindness. Disagreement is welcome; disrespect is not.

When commenting or replying, you agree not to post anything that:

• Harasses, threatens, or attacks another person

• Contains hate speech or discrimination of any kind

• Shares someone’s private or personal information

• Is spam, advertising, or unrelated self-promotion

• Is knowingly false, misleading, or infringes on someone else’s rights

• Breaks the law

ZIQR may remove any comment, and may restrict or remove commenting access, at its discretion and without notice.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free subscriptions give you access to ZIQR’s public posts by email and on the web. Paid subscriptions, if offered, give access to additional content.

All payments are processed by Substack and its payment partner, Stripe. ZIQR never sees or stores your card details. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your Substack account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled case by case. If something is not right, reach out and we will do our best to make it fair. ZIQR may change subscription prices with advance notice to existing subscribers.
